Correction of engine definition files in the ISX Signature variant:
* Stabilization of brake intensity.
* Adjustment of neutral RPM and RPM limit.
* Minor fix to prevent console alerts.

– New engine exhaust sounds for the ISX Open Pipes variant, with minor tweaks to the included turbo effects.
