Most companies pay a base per load plus mileage(when using their own equipment). When using company vehicles it is usually salary or a base payment per load dependent on destination. All this mod does is make it much harder to make any money to pay back the ridiculous loans (18%??? No one in their right mind would take out a loan with that kind of interest rate.)
