I have tried it on 1.3.1, it does not work. It crash’s when I try to go to the dealership.

***** NORMALLY you can Make these changes to the file in **** and open it in notepad.
But in this case, you cant. Not much help for you I know the minor changes that need to be done.
it crashes my game as soon as i go to send it to one of my garages
