next time if you forget how to download charlie, scroll till you see the Download button in the middle of the screen, it’s red in background color and the Download is White in color. hope this is not too late and hope this helps for anyone else needing help to download any file including this one.

Is this work without dlc?
yes… it has DLC rims E.T.C but the rims will just become UN-DLC (Default) if you dont own the DLCs in the profile
