This mod allows you to attach horns to the cab flare slots and vice versa.

does not work on the new version 1.6, i tried this one the non mp compatible one, the police beacon, accessories for ats, none of which work with the new version which is 1.6. so my advice is if you like those additions do not, i repeat do not sign up for the beta version which is 1.6. just thought i give a heads up incase some are confused.
