Western Star 4900 Addon v0.1 1.55

– This is a very early WIP mod that adds the 4900 EX/SF Hoods to the SCS 5700xe.
– YOU WILL HAVE TO BUILD AND CONFIGURE THE TRUCK PROPERLY RIGHT NOW FROM THE 5700xe.
– Swap out all 5700 parts and replace with 4900 parts.
– Plan to update as a go starting out a couple times a week.
– Currently this mod adds: SF/EX 4900 HOOD, EXHAUST,STEERING WHEELS,BUMPERS,TANKS,MANUAL SHIFTER, and more.
