Hey what do mod creators use to make mods for American truck simulator zmodeler3 or dfferent programs for semi trucks,trailers and decal designs
to make the trucks and trailers they use Blender, Zmodeler or 3DS max.
Tor create the decals is usually done in Photoshop, Gimp, paintshop, etc,etc.

Open your documents folder, from there open the American Truck Simulator folder, then open the mods folder and place the .scs file in there
