Can I ask a dumb question….on this Ford model…what are the tubes/pipes coming out of the center of each axle?

Its a great mod, BUT please make an option to remove those things in the center of each axle or remove them from the truck. I mean they look ridiculous.
Dashboard reminds me Russian Kraz interior from 70-80 -ties… seriously ford have the same?
no i think the author just got slightly lazy and borrowed the dashboard from another truck mod, but i honestly don’t know
