I have found 99.99% of the map and think that the .01% is in Phoenix at the Charged pickup or delivery road break area of the road.
There is still grey out road after break.

Yeah they need to do more with fl and ga, add Atalanta GA, Valdosta GA, Lake City FL, Tampa FL, Orlando FL
If you put Hawaii second in the list then you can not go there it has to be first.
