This mod addresses the AI Traffic amounts, giving a High AI Traffic volume:

I have altered the values within the respective AI traffic files greatly increasing some amounts, This is about as high as I wish to take it, this however may not be to your liking but any value can be edited by yourself, if you then share your edit please show respect and mention myself, that is all I ask.

IMPORTANT
Please make sure this mod is loaded with High Priority.

    Yesterday i waited 15 minutes on that same intersection that you have as picture. The AI traffic was dens like hell no gap…and now you made a mod that makes it worse :). In a intersection with dens traffic if you have an AI car in front, you can stay there for hours, they wont go even when lane 2 is empty and in lane one the car signals he is turning of the highway…so technically he could go. 🙁
